FAQ

Toilet seat is an everyday use product that is indispensable. Quality and shape are crucial when choosing a toilet seat. It is also about finding a seat that will make daily use practical, easy, and enjoyable for us.

Our toilet seats have practical features that make everyday life simpler and more hygienic.

What is QUICK RELEASE?

QUICK RELEASE – QUICK RELEASE MECHANISM FOR TOILET SEAT

This system primarily serves a hygienic function. With one or two buttons, we can quickly and easily detach the seat from the hinge, allowing for thorough cleaning of the entire toilet, even in the most hard-to-reach places.

Cleaning takes a moment, and the result is a shiny, clean toilet. If quick release and easy cleaning are your priorities, we offer many seats with this hygienic feature.

What is SOFT CLOSE?

SOFT CLOSE – SILENT TOILET CLOSING SYSTEM

Seats with this feature ensure a quiet and smooth descent of the seat onto the ceramic, bringing a peaceful luxury to everyday life. In addition to reducing noise levels, toilet seats with the Soft Close system are also practical and hygienic, as they minimize the need to touch the toilet seat.

Are our seats ANTI-BACTERIAL AND ANTI-FUNGAL?

By incorporating antibacterial and antifungal additives, all our products have hygienic certificates to prevent the occurrence of microorganisms. The seats contain antibacterial and antifungal additives that inhibit the growth of any germs, bacteria, and microorganisms on their surface. This feature is particularly important for hospitals, hotels, restaurants, airports, etc.

What is Duroplast?

Duroplast, also known as thermosetting polymers or duromers, is a type of synthetic polymer with characteristics resembling metal or ceramics – hard, non-elastic, with high mechanical strength in tension and compression. However, they are typically non-melting or difficult to melt and often brittle. Difficult-to-melt duromers are also referred to as duroplasts.

What is POLIPROPYLEN?

Polypropylene is characterized by high chemical resistance, is non-toxic, and harmless to humans. Polypropylene is a hydrocarbon thermoplastic polymer, which means that it becomes highly flexible when subjected to heat and returns to its initial rigidity when cooled. Simply put, polypropylene is just plastic.

What is ABS?

ABS amorphous polymer with a density of 1.05 g/cm³. It exhibits high impact resistance, hardness, and scratch resistance. However, it lacks resistance to light and UV radiation. It has good insulation properties and satisfactory resistance to alkalis, diluted acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, oils, and fats. It is not resistant to acids, esters, and ketones. ABS is one of the few plastics that can be coated with metallic layers during electroplating. Hinges for our products are produced from this material. It is a technical, hard polymer with a glossy and glassy surface. It is suitable for recycling.

What is ELASTOMER?

ELASTOMER is a class of rubber. Elastomers have the ability to change their dimensions extensively when subjected to stretching, shearing, or compressive stresses. Upon release of the stress, they return to their original dimensions. For example, some types of rubber based on silicone rubber can be stretched to 1000% of their original dimensions without tearing.

Elastomers are used for various applications such as gaskets and seals. They effectively prevent the toilet seat from shifting on the ceramic surface. Components made from elastomers easily “yield” and undergo changes in their dimensions and shapes.

What warranty coverage do our products have?
